By placing an order with Jou Ma Se Cookies, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Products & Availability:
All products are freshly baked and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to change flavors, ingredients, sizes, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders:
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed.
Custom, bulk, or themed orders must be placed in advance and may require a longer preparation time.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible and are not guaranteed once production has begun.

3. Payments:
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment methods will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation.

4. Allergens & Ingredients:
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and gluten.
While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, Jou Ma Se Cookies cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies prior to ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched or collected by a courier, Jou Ma Se Cookies is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third parties.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Returns & Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

7. Quality & Handling:
Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh.
We are not responsible for changes in quality due to improper storage, delayed consumption, or exposure to heat once the order has been received.

8. Intellectual Property:
All content; images, logos, branding, and product names associated with Jou Ma Se Cookies remain our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Jou Ma Se Cookies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption or handling of our products.

10. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
